Sources of health financing are:

funds of budgets of all levels;

funds allocated for voluntary and compulsory health insurance under healthcare legislation;

funds of trust funds that are intended to protect the health of citizens;

funds of municipal and state organizations, enterprises and other economic entities, public associations;

loans from banks and other creditors;

income from securities;

gratuitous and (or) charitable donations and contributions;

other sources not prohibited by law.

Healthcare includes not only medicine directly, but also border areas of state responsibility in the field of economy, politics, culture, sanitary and hygienic measures, etc., which ensure mental and physical health of people and active longevity.
