Visual perception of human behavior assumes always a complex approach, at the same time based on a detailed study of his individual movements. But only a variety of mimic movements and gestures joined together into a single picture, included in the context of a particular situation of behavior, allow one to give some assessment of the physical and mental state of a person. By «reading» gestures, it is possible to make feedback, which plays an essential role in the whole process of interaction.

The second level of information that can be learned from gestures and poses is the emotional state of a person. There are even certain groups of expressive (emotion-expressing) movements that, to varying degrees, bear the «seal» of the culture concerned, and which, in addition, differentiate into subgroups, depending on the measure of the action of the so-called subcultures on them.

The third level of information obtained from gestures and postures is the attitude towards the interlocutor.

Speaking of gestures, it is necessary to note the cultural, age, national peculiarities of their functioning. Each nation is the bearer of specific forms of gestural expression and other means of external expressiveness. Their skillful use, taking into account the knowledge of the specifics of non-verbal communication in the country of the foreign partner, also contributes to the overcoming of the language barrier.

CONCLUSION.

There are a number of ways to overcome language barriers in international business, including:

external resources in the form of translators;

language training of personnel (it is obvious that this way of solving the problem requires significant expenditures of both time and money);

the need to develop at the state level an effective program for forcing the study of foreign languages ​​in the system of higher and secondary education;

the possibility of hiring personnel who already have the required language skills;

the use of machine translation systems.

Summarizing, we can say: the language problem is the first and most important cultural problem, the solution of which must be found already at the very first steps of the analysis of the cultural environment. Thus, overcoming existing language barriers in the relationships between business entities — partners from different countries — will make it possible to implement the foreign economic policy of the entire state in a more effective context.
